If you lived through the nineties you may remember this move; supermodels, movie heroines, and popular girls would do it all the time. Sometimes it involved a casual motion of the fingers, sometimes a flick of the neck, but however it was achieved, the flip-over provided instant sexiness. It made hair look fuller, it created a cascade of movement, sometimes it even fell seductively over one eye. The trick was to make it look effortless, almost accidental. Step: Apply protective thickening lotion and styling whip throughout hair and add defrizz serum to ends. Dry while flipping back and forth and lifting roots with fingers. For added volume, dry roots only with a round brush.
Step: Apply refinish dry shampoo to roots only working in small sections for complete and even saturation.
Step: Brush through to create a shiny, touchable finish. Push all hair away from the face and then flip to one side without creating a part.
