Step: Pump three generous helpings of volume foam into hands and cocktail with half that amount of styling whip. Foam will add body and bouncel whip will add softness and shine. Apply to damp hair from roots to ends. Blowdry in hands, tossing hair around as you do. This encourages natural texture and movement.
